JEANNIE CIMIOTTI, RN, DNSc, FAAN
Changing of the Guard
A special thanks to Jeannie Cimiotti, Associate Professor and Executive Director, NJ Collaborating Center for Nursing, who has recently stepped down from her position as chair of NJAC's Infrastructure Pillar 4. Over the past four years, Jeannie's team has focused on the value and development of an infrastructure for the collection of interprofessional health care and workforce data - a key recommendation in the IOM landmark report. Under Jeannie's leadership, Pillar 4 has worked in conjuncture with the State Board of Nursing to survey nurses at the time of re-licensure. We are grateful for her guidance and expertise to the NJ Action Coalition. Jeannie remains a member of the NJAC.
