residential projects

Caribou 6 – Aspen, CO

R+B recently completed a 2,100sf ski-in ski-out condo nestled at the base of Aspen Mountain. R+B transformed the existing southwestern design into a chic, contemporary space with warm, natural finishes. The “wood box” theme is achieved on all three floors, along with unique wall textures including wire-brushed hemlock fir, stone veneer, and hair-on-hide wall tiles. The furnishings are a creative mix of custom and off-the-shelf pieces allowing for a high-end aesthetic with budget in mind.

Open floor plan allows great light and views

Tower Hill Addition – Golden, CO

R+B is bringing modern design to the Mt. Vernon County Club. A young, growing family has added 3,000sf of indoor and outdoor living space. The addition includes a fully equipped media room designed by Harrison Home Systems and a large rooftop deck that takes advantage of the exceptional views over the valley and front range. The area that is prone to forest fires and non-combustible materials became a design aesthetic while bringing functionality and durability to the property.
