First place at Masters Branch Championships!

Thanks to all our Volunteers who helped sell Raffle Tickets outside Woolworths Last weekend. Dane B, Sandra and Chloe A, Chloe M, Jorja & Michelle Fry, Harvey M, Libby Tyson, Alex J, Charli M, Tamara G, Jill J.

Round 2 is in Pittwater Place this Saturday so look out for the Green and White gang selling tickets!

If you miss the opportunity to purchase a ticket or 2 - look our for our VP Member Relations - Michelle Fry on Sunday during the nippers timeslot!

Shout Out for the Boaties Fundraiser...

Some of the boatie parents have put together a raffle to raise funds to purchase rowing equipment.  The raffle prizes are great and most have been sourced through local contacts and merchants.  Please buy a ticket or two if you can.

Rainbow Beaches Sunday 27th Feb

Rainbow Beaches celebrates the power of inclusion and diversity and highlights that everyone is welcome at the beach. It provides an opportunity for Clubs to actively promote the SLS principles of equal opportunity, social justice and cultural safety and a platform for important conversations within our communities.

Michelle Fry is organising our rainbow gear and Coloured Zinc for our Nippers next Sunday.

Beach2Beach - Sunday 27th March 2022

We’ll need
  1. A set up crew of 6-8 bods from 07:00 to 8:30.  Access to the storage containers incl the Nippers one (for star pickets) as well
  2. A marshalling / safety crew of about 20 bods from 8:30 through to about 10:30 ish.
  3. A pull down crew  of about 4-6 bods

Continuing our introductions to the practitioners at Health Space Mona Vale, this week we would like to introduce you to Satu who is 1 of 4 massage therapists working at the clinic. 

Satu is passionate about combining different techniques to provide clients with effective treatment according to their individual needs. She believes in combining relaxing Swedish massage techniques with more specific deep tissue and myofascial techniques to sooth the mind and body.

Having a Midwifery background, Satu is passionate about womens health and wellbeing and as a massage therapist she likes to take good care of her pregnant clients and provide relief in pregnancy related aches in different stages of pregnancy, or simply a good relaxing full body massage for perfect hormonal balance.
