We've had a busy month here at DCHQ. We've added to our numbers, celebrated clients and their app store adulation, traveled, made, hacked, read, listened, and so on.

For our monthly wallpaper gift, our Michael Goldkamp designed a set titled "Green Hill Zone". Perhaps this gives you a sweet dose of nostalgia if you played video games in the '90s or maybe these geometric patterns harken you expect a gorgeous spring. Either way, you can download those right here:

We are so excited to have Meghan Trainor join us as our new amazing Office Manager! She is an artist whose work explores where the digital and the physical overlap. Her projects combine brain computer interfaces, digital fabrication and DIY electronics. Meghan is also a Doctoral Candidate at the UW’s Center for Digital Art & Experimental Media and a graduate of the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU. Her interests include Afrofuturism, Systems Theory and recreational time travel.
We're pretty excited to see our UX and UI work in Haiku Deck's new iPhone app, which made the Best New Apps list in February. Now you can use your phone as a remote control for you presentations, making it even easier to set your stories free!
Here's what happened in the studio last month:

We took a day at MAKERHAUS to make all kinds of things. We made
CreativeMornings/Seattle with Cal McAllister happen. Emily worked on a bromance-themed LEGO stop-motion animation. James helped kickoff a new musical variety show, Hanging Tuff. Luz helped women in tech learn to be better public speakers. Meghan went to PechaKucha Night at the Northwest African American Museum: Afrotourism. Michael G finished reading WOOL. David was reminded why he spent most of high school and college years being cold and wet, and then cried over Wonder. Jay cleaned things and felt good about it.
Does Betty Ford have program for Threes? If so, check me in.
