The Collaborative MBA program

The Collaborative MBA focuses on leadership for the common good including competency, relationships, personal formation, and making a profit without harm to people or the environment.

The unique program is a collaboration of Bluffton University, Canadian Mennonite University, Eastern Mennonite University, and Goshen College.

Gain a greater understanding of your personal style, uncover key strengths and opportunities for growth and explore how your view of others may be a barrier to maximizing communication and performance. July 16 | Managing Conflict, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EST

Discover your conflict management style and how you manage others through conflict.  In order to manage workplace conflict, it’s important to be able to understand and adjust to each situation and to the preferred conflict style of those involved.  Everybody has a conflict style tendency; knowing our own, and those of others, can help manage workplace conflict. Cost: $50/member; $75/non-member. Register here.

August 13 | Tools for New Supervisors, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EST

New Supervisors only!  A poll will be distributed prior to the lab to attendees who will choose what tools they need most (situational leadership, how to lead now that you're not a peer, etc.) Also, we’ll do a trauma clinic where participants will bring real-life issues they are experiencing and we will provide support and tools to address the specific issues. Cost: $50/member; $75/non-member. Register here.

August 20 | Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Workshop, 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EST

The MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) instrument is the most widely used personality assessment in the world: more than two million assessments are administered each year.
