        THE ROAD

FIVE HORIZONS is the first retrospective exhibition on Pearl Jam ever made in Europe, featuring the history and evolution of the band from their genesis until today. The exhibition is intended not only as a form of historical/visual testimony to the band, but also as a tribute to Pearl Jam and all the fans who follow them loyally and would be delighted to see the band's pictures on display. The exhibition will feature a series of 60 images, in both color and black and white, taken by renowned photographers who have narrated the band’s private moments as well as their unforgettable live performances from the beginning of the band's career to date. From pictures of the early 90s to very recent portraits, the exhibit traces the metamorphosis of those who helped create the aesthetics of grunge and beyond.
For more information on the exhibit visit the Five Horizons website and follow them on Facebook.

"This film is so moving, so beautifully constructed, shot, paced, heartfelt, and in the end, uplifting. Still reeling from the feelings it stirred in me. My deepest and loving congratulations all those involved in the making of this film," Executive Producer, Stone Gossard on the new documentary, ALIVE & WELL, which premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival last month.
Led by former Pearl Jam music video Director, Josh Taft ("Alive," "Even Flow) and featuring music by Pearl Jam, Fleet Foxes and Sigur Rós; ALIVE & WELL is a film about the human condition, following seven resilient people as they come to terms with the profound reality of living with the hereditary chronic illness known as Huntington's Disease (HD)
Subjects in the film range from a young woman hoping to start a family, to a mother taking care of her symptomatic 6 year-old son and ailing husband; the drummer of a major country music band, a former NBC News journalist turned HD-advocate, as well as a renowned scientist relentlessly searching for a cure. Far from giving us a hopeless glimpse into life with terminal illness, ALIVE & WELL reminds us all of our ability to persevere with strength, despite life's most difficult challenges.
Visit the the film's website, watch the trailer and "like" on Facebook for regular updates.
