Perhaps you've heard about the fun we had at the first Sippin' Sunday on July 19th. Well, here's photographic evidence! Photographer, Bradley Wittke, did a superb job of capturing the fun on film (err, digital whatever-you-call-it). Take a look at the event gallery here.
This Sunday we welcome Cyrus Azari of Azari Vineyards from one of California's newest American Viticultural Area (AVA), Petaluma Gap. Cyrus will pour their small-production, exclusive Pinot Noir as well as share gems from the wineries fun label, Corkscrew. You'll also taste a couple of wines that have yet to be released. See below for more about the wine.
There will be plenty of nibbles (Cheese & Charcuterie, anyone?) and appetizers (Thai chicken skewers, Heirloom tomato pizza) and sweets (how long has it been since you've enjoyed a S'more?) to pair with your wine.
Local favorite and High Sierra Music Festival & Hardly Strictly Bluegrass alum, Kate Gaffney, will entertain with " her songs tap into people’s hearts and sing of lost love, heartbreak, true love, and the delicate balance of longing for the road and living by the sea."
Our featured charity, Soles without Holes, will be on hand to talk about their programs and will accept your donation of lightly-worn and new shoes.
Spend your Sunday afternoon discovering delicious wine from a family owned and operated winery in the company of new and old friends. Guests will receive exclusive winery-direct pricing, at the event.
We really want you to join us this Sunday for a wine experience - in your backyard! Don't battle the traffic to wine country - we have brought the wine country to the Coastside!
We're offering a special "Foggy Grape Society" ticket price of just $25! Use Code: FOGGYGRAPE

Sippin' Sunday with Azari Vineyards
Cyrus Azari, of Azari Vineyards, will present:
Azari Pinot Noir 2010, Petaluma Gap
The Gap is known for its unique micro climate that is perfect for the cultivation of the Pinot grape. Expect a full bodied Pinot that is accented with its rich oaky aroma and bountifully rich palette.
Corkscrew Luma Rouge 2011, Petaluma Gap
Silver Medal (North of the Gate wine competition, Beverage Tasting Institute) Lively, curious, earthy smoky aromas of ink, charcoal grilled berries, nutshells, and twigs with a medium-full body and a warming, intricate, medium-long mulberries, cocao, and forest floor finish. Medium tannins and moderate oak. A very earthy, smoky, old world red.
Corkscrew Rose 2013
Gold Medal (Beverage Tasting Institute) Bright fruity aromas of cranberry cherry sauce and nougat with a silky, tangy, light-to-medium body and a smooth, breezy melon and spicy nut brittle finish with no oak. A tangy, refreshing rose.
Corkscrew Riesling 2013, Petaluma Gap
A unique Riesling that is crisp, refreshing, and begs your mouth for more. Unlike most Rieslings that are surgery and sweet, our Riesling is dry and tannic.
In addition to tasting through the line-up, guests will enjoy a full glass of their choice of Azari wines. Summer Sangria will also be flowing for our guests .

Two Muses: Land & Sea
paintings of Hal Bohner
Showing through August 23
When I paint, the land and the sea are my muses. I grew up in Colorado and was in love with the mountains and the desert, and when I came to California the ocean took my breath away. In my heart I have always had a dialog with the earth and the ocean, and through my paintings I strive to make that dialog visible to others. I hope to inspire them to have their own conversations. Pacifica is an extraordinary place for both land and sea, and it is often a source of my inspiration. ~ Hal Bohner. See www.halbohner.weebly.com
