AU Theatre to present Harry Potter parody
Magical misfits and loads of laughs will fill Perry Theatre over the next two weeks. Join the AU Theatre Department as 30 students present "Puffs," a satire based on the Harry Potter series. The play will be staged October 22–23 and 27–30, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are not required for this free presentation.

As we enter the second half of the semester, now is the time to start planning to finish your fall term strong. Time will fly fast as the Thanksgiving break approaches. When we return, you will need to be ready to wrap up the semester during your last class sessions and prepare for your final projects, presentations, and exams. Please remember, faculty and staff are here to support you and your peers. Outside of the classroom, there are several opportunities you will want to consider as you plan ahead. Speaking of internships, the spring 2022 Dunham School of Business and Public Policy Internship Application deadline is Monday, November 1. The Dunham School has a rich online repository of information about school-specific internships. Sundays @ 7 Career Conversations
Join us Sunday, November 7, at 7 p.m. for a career conversation with marketing and communication graduate Ashley Camillo ’07. Ashley has experience in strategic marketing and communication, planning, and execution, including content creation, new product launch and go-to-market strategy, messaging, marketing strategy, eCommerce strategy, partner and channel marketing, and lead generation. In her current position with Chamberlain Group International, a global enterprise company, Ashley spearheaded the 2020 30-second commercial for LiftMaster that spoofed an iconic scene from the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”; she also launched a garage delivery partnership with Amazon. Entrepreneurship & Innovation Club
The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Club will hold its first meeting Thursday, October 21, at 5 p.m. via Zoom. Members will have an opportunity to meet each other and share their business ideas. The club will also discuss its upcoming logo contest, the opportunity to affiliate with the national organization, and themes for the upcoming year. File Your 2022–2023 FAFSA
If you haven't done so already, file your Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA). If you need help filing your FAFSA, contact the Office of Financial Aid to schedule an appointment with a financial aid counselor. As always, you can also have your questions answered by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 630-844-6190. File your 2022-2023 FAFSA at fafsa.gov and use AU school code 001634.
Be sure to have the following items when filing your FAFSA:
- All students, parents, and borrowers are required to create an FSA ID. You can apply for an FSA ID at fsaid.ed.gov.
- 2020 federal tax return (all schedules) and W-2s.

AU offers 200 computer working stations
Aurora University has five main computer labs and three mini labs throughout the campus, housing 200 computers available for student use. The main labs are open Monday–Saturday with the Phillips Library lab open on Sundays as well. All computers are equipped with essential software programs.
