A Message from the Dean
Dear Students:
With the holiday season fast approaching, I’d like to keep this newsletter brief as I know this is a busy time of year for everyone. I’m so grateful to be at Aurora University with you, and I would like to share why I’m so appreciative of AU this Thanksgiving season.
Top 10 Reasons I’m Thankful
- Phillips Library is expanding its Sunday hours; now open 1 p.m. to midnight.
- AU's low COVID-19 case numbers.
- The return of the annual Christmas concert in person this year.
- Our December graduates.
- The building of the new residence hall on the west side of campus.
- Holiday drinks at Tru Blu Coffee.
- Thanksgiving break and the extra time to spend with family and friends.
- Free snacks at the Hill Center for Student Success.
- The new facility at Spartan Athletic Park.
- The return of Pancake Night on Thursday, December 2, from 9–10:30 p.m., in the Dining Hall!
Be well and stay safe, Spartans!
Sincerely,
Jennifer L. Buckley, EdD
