Like Over $27k Pledged in First Week on Facebook share on Twitter Google Plus One Button

Welcome to all the new folks who have signed up for updates since the last #usawbbgear campaign update. Thanks for your participation and thanks to everyone for helping to spread the word.

In the first week of the campaign, we've got 274 survey takers who've pledged $27,583! Remember, dollar amount was not a required field, so there's actually more money waiting to be spent by survey takers on Team USA gear.

The most requested players haven't changed since the first couple days of the campaign. Here's the list:

Many in the world of women's basketball have also been helpful in spreading the word, including Tamika Catchings, Taj McWilliams-Franklin, Angela Taylor, LaChina Robinson, and Brenda VanLengen, to name just a few.
I put up a web page so the survey, these email updates, messages you can share, and other updates along the way can all be found in one spot.

The USA Basketball online store still has replica jersey t-shirts available for Sue Bird, Maya Moore, and Diana Taurasi. These are women's shirts, so if you want men's/unisex t-shirts, you're still waiting. If a women's shirt is what you want, please go ahead and buy one. (I heard they run small.) We want to show USA Basketball that there is demand and buy up everything they already have. I'm still holding out for my Lindsay Whalen replica jersey, but I'm putting in for a Maya Moore t-shirt.

I'd love for 1000 people to fill out this survey. I'd also love to go to USA Basketball sooner rather than later. Here's the goal: get to 500 total survey takers by the end of next weekend. If each of you gets just one other person to take the survey, we'll make it.
