THANK YOU - FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE
Thank you to all the families who attended Beaumont's 13th annual Father-Daughter Dance on Saturday, April 9. The April snow storm could not stop the girls and their dates from having fun. A special thanks to the FDD Committee lead by Leslie Dente, Jill Rios and Megan Schwartz for organizing the successful "Under the Sea-themed" evening. We appreciate all the help from volunteers and those who donated food for making it a memorable night.

There were plenty of photo ops: formal portraits taken by Alicia Asselta, photo booth and props, and candid moments captured by Yearbook Chairs, Claudette McCarron and Magan Pilato. To view photos from the event, visit the new HSA Website Photo Gallery - scroll down to see the Father-Daughter Dance.

COUNTDOWN TO EARTH DAY - APRIL 22, FRI.
Our Countdown to Earth Day celebration continues! Kudos to Mrs. Misty Pennewill's 3rd Grade Class for doing such a great job recycling, picking up litter, planting, and being the first to "color our Earth" with their Earth-saving activities. Does your child do any of the following? 1. Bring a reusable water bottle to school. 2. Ride the bus or carpool with a friend to or from Beaumont. 3. Use plastic or reusable containers instead of plastic bags for their lunch/snacks. 4. Wear clothing from an older sibling. 5. Turn off the lights when they leave their room. If so, please encourage your child to add these great eco-friendly actions to our "Earth". Feel free to share your own Earth-saving tips! For questions, contact Valerie Cheng, Jen Bacani, Becky Pitofsky, and Jean Allen.
