Dear <<First Name>>,
INTELEC 2014, the IEEE International Communications Energy Conference, announces its final program for the 36th annual conference to be held, from September 28 - October 2, at the Vancouver Convention Center in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
This year's keynote address will be given by Alex Tang, a leading consultant on earthquake engineering on lifelines, such as telecommunications and electric power, on "Time for Reflection: Telecommunications and Electric Power Resilience.” In addition, daily plenary sessions from industry leaders Victor Goncalves, (Chief Technology Officer Alpha Technologies Inc), Dr. Ewart Blackmore (Senior Research Scientist, TRIUMF), and Power Electronics Legend Bruce Carsten (President, Bruce Carsten Associates), will provide their insights and industry perspectives on hot topics for the entire audience.
INTELEC©, the International Telecommunications Energy Conference, is the annual world-class technical forum which presents the latest developments in communications energy systems and related power-processing devices and circuits. This Conference, which serves the broad community of researchers, suppliers and operators, explores new technologies of power conversion, energy storage and systems design for telecom applications.
In addition, INTELEC 2014 continues in its heritage of providing high quality oral and poster presentations of papers on key issues confronting our industry. Coupled with these presentations are tutorials and workshops relevant to the attendees as well as commercial presentations and an Industry Exhibition.
