Midweek Mindfulness Drop-in sessions are taking place on Wednesdays at 11am – 12 noonon ZOOM from 21st July to Wednesday 25th August. These are suitable for anyone with an interest in Mindfulness, beginner or experienced. If you'd like to come along to one of these sessions, please register here.

We approached Scottish Tech Army in Autumn 2020 and we were introduced to a fantastic team of designers, developers and IT specialists - all volunteering their time and expertise.
