Take a Mindful Minute
Midweek Mindfulness Drop-in sessions are taking place on Wednesdays at 11am – 12 noon on ZOOM from 21st July to Wednesday 25th August.  These are suitable for anyone with an interest in Mindfulness, beginner or experienced.  If you'd like to come along to one of these sessions, please register here.

Cycling to Work Day
Cycling is an excellent way to improve your physical and mental health. If you are considering getting on your bike after years of it gathering dust in your shed or you are looking to improve your cycling skills, Changes Cycling Course may be the thing for you! Cycling to Work is the UK's biggest cycling commuting event and takes place on Thursday 5th August.  To find out more about the event click here.

Changes Therapy

Changes Counselling service is currently being offered by video conferencing and telephone with a limited face to face provision available for anyone who cannot attend by telephone/video. For information and to request counselling click here. Please note our counselling service has a waiting list.
Changes New Website
We bring to you Changes new look! Our visual refresh has been going on behind the scenes over the past months and we are very pleased to share it.

We approached Scottish Tech Army in Autumn 2020 and we were introduced to a fantastic team of designers, developers and IT specialists - all volunteering their time and expertise.

We held a consultation with staff, volunteers and people who use our services.

Changes Visitor Session
An opportunity for professionals or organisations in East Lothian to find out more about Changes, the support offered and how people can access support.
