We hope you are all keeping safe and well during this time of uncertainty. We know a lot of your plans will have been cancelled so we have put together a recipe for you to enjoy St. Patricks Day from your home :)
We know a lot of you will be fortunate enough to work from home over the next couple of weeks and we wanted to stress the importance of keeping a structured lunch break. Take time to enjoy your lunch break away from your desk or work space and give yourself a proper lunch break to switch off.
We will be sharing some videos on our social media (@cullyandsully) of our "Pretend your dining out" serving suggestions so that you can enjoy your soup at lunchtime and feel like your sitting in your favourite restaurant.
Stay safe and Happy St. Patricks Day.
Cully and Sully
Ingredients and Method:
1 nice loin joint of kassler or smoked bacon (Approx. 1KG).
Roast in a pre heated oven (190ºC) for 45 minutes per KG. Allow to rest for a further 20-30 minutes in a warm oven.
Here's a fun way to start your St. Patrick's Day dinner :) Serve Cully and Sully Pea and Minty along with Carrot and Coriander and our Special guest White Winter veg. It doesn't get much more patriotic than this and there is surely a flavour in there to suit everyone. If you can't find any of these flavours at your local shop why not try making it from scratch. All of our soup recipes are available on our website...
Did you know that all of our soups freeze really well. If you pop them in the freezer before their use by date is up and give them a good stir as you are reheating them you would never know the difference!
