What's SOUPer This Season!

Here at Cully and Sully we love to celebrate the change of years by eating through the seasons.

As the weather gets cooler and the apples start to fall we have included a quick, simple but scrummy baked apple recipe for a sweet autumnal desert. October also sees the last of the field and wild mushrooms to be found easily in the lawns and grassy areas around the country. Make sure you check all wild mushrooms with an expert as you don’t want to eat a dangerous one.

This month we suggest a hearty mushroom soup followed by delicious baked apples for dessert. Scroll for recipes and more....
