INN NEWS AND NOTES

HOW WE TURNED NEWS LEADERS INTO BUDDING PRODUCT MANAGERS

Missed #INNProduct? Adam helpfully recapped six terrific workshop sessions designed to help news leaders get better at managing technology and products. (The Society for News Design wrote about it too.)

A special thanks to the Ethics and Excellence in Journalism Foundation, Knight-Mozilla OpenNews, the Society for News Design, Columbia College Chicago and LION Publishers for their support of the event!

PROPUBLICA WEBINAR

After more than $200,000 in sales, the ProPublica Data Store is now open to other news organizations that want to sell data sets that they’ve used in their reporting. ProPublica's Celeste LeCompte will answer questions for INN members during a webinar on Oct. 19 at 1 p.m. ET. RSVP to laura@inn.org.
