A Few Chords from the President

2019 is now well underway with activities at all BUMS jams are operating smoothly for the year. This allows us to see how busy we at BUMS, and what more we do for our members. Numbers at the jams continue to be good, and the performances by set leaders continue to excite and entertain.

SPRUKE planning too is on track, with most big ticket performances close to being announced. Be very excited. Sponsors are stepping up, and the Sunnybank Performing Arts Centre (SunPAC) is looking set to be a great venue. It offers SPRUKE many opportunities -- a terrific concert hall, ample space for stall holders, virtually unlimited free car parking, and a great festival precinct. And Festival goers will be able to enjoy easy access to adult refreshments and great food.

Sprukestar Quest

The open mic performance schedule for the Sprukestar Quest has been announced on the SPRUKE website

Our first two acts, The Ukey Beats, and Lilly, will compete in Round 1 at the Coorparoo Jam on Wednesday 3 April 2019. Performances are judged by the audience on the night. Come along and give them your support. We need you to vote for your favourite act!

Make sure you have subscribed to the SPRUKE Newsletter to be the first to hear the news.

Get your money's worth for membership. Please read our reviews below, and take advantage of all BUMS has to offer by trying a new jam, workshop or competition activity soon.
