Welcome to this quarter's newsletter.  In this edition we cover new innovations, the results from our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey and provide you with details on the events that we will be present at over the coming months.


Thank you to all of our clients that participated in our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. We were very pleased with the results from all of you and look forward to continuing to improve our service levels to meet your ongoing needs. With new systems and processes being implemented, we will always strive to serve you better.

Some areas under development or already available are:

  • We are centralising our Help Desk system to assist us in faster turnaround times with your support requests.  This also aids us in accommodating staff holidays, onsite visits and project management. You can now email support requests to  This will ensure your request goes to the team rather than an individual.
  • We are also continually improving and updating our documentation as our products are developed.

Red Planet Software is excited to announce the integration of RMail into the Odyssey solution.

RMail is an innovative application that provides you with the ability to track documentation via email and keep record of delivery. This tool provides you with legal proof by creating and recording registered receipts for the delivery of your messages and letters to your clients. It is the electronic version of Registered Mail. Reduce incidents of your customers saying they have not received documentation, notices and contract letters.With encryption and electronic signatures also included, this solution is a great addition to Odyssey.
