1. SA Interclub Relays, Sunday October 20th, Coromandel Valley Primary School
Final event information will be available on Eventor and through your club secretaries by Thursday night. The mass start is at 10:30am Sunday and chest numbers will be available at the event (collect from your club secretary) from 9am onwards.
If you’re not in a relay team but would still like a casual run around Coro Primary and Frank Smith Park +/- Blackwood Forest, the options are a 2km easy course which does not cross any roads or a 2.5km moderate course - it is recommended that children are accompanied by a parent on this. Enter-on-the day courses are available from 11am, but come in time to watch the start of the relay! Bring family and friends for the most fun event of the year, and for fabulous junior Arrows’ catering.
2. Wednesday Evening Training Activities
Now daylight saving has started, Wednesday evening training is back!
Many different activities will be run by coach Evalin.

4. Twilight Series – Helpers for SPORTIdent Finish
As trialed in January this year, the plan is to continue to use SI for the Twilight Series events (start Nov 15th).
Robin Uppill will organize the equipment and set up each event, however helpers on the day are needed. These events have many newcomers to be entered at the event. If we get enough helpers everyone should still get a run.
If you are interested, please contact Robin Uppill – firstname.lastname@example.org
Olivia is organizing the roster for organizer, course planner and other helpers.
5. Summer Development camp
The Summer Development camp is going to happen, but not in December this year. The plan was to have it the week before Christmas, but I had a lot of States point out to me, that there are many Schools still in Term up until the 20th, and that there isn't enough time to hold a camp before Christmas, and/or the Christmas 5 days.
What we do know is the Camp will be in NSW, in early January soon after the 5 days. Stay posted, more information will come to hand once we have secured an Accommodation/Event centre.
6. MTBO Development Forum at ACT Champs
With the gathering of riders in Canberra for the ACT Champs, an opportunity arose to meet and discuss MTBO topics, share ideas and learn a few tricks for improving participation and event success. The forum will be held immediately prior to the event dinner at the Kingston Hotel. All the info you’ll need to participate is on the forum flyer and don’t forget to send in your discussion topics. All riders are welcome to attend.
