Back in his go-kart days, one member of #TeamA2D had his night cut short by something a bit...well...unusual.
During one particular feature event, when the caution flag had waved, the flagman stepped out onto the racing surface, black flag in hand, to bring our mystery team member to a halt.
The flagman reached down, pulled the spark plug wire off, and pulled the kart off the track. With the driver confused and bewildered for a moment, the flagman informed him, "Sorry dude, but your mom just ruined your night for ya".
Turns out, mom apparently wasn't happy with how the start of the race went. She was expressing her feelings to an official, who apparently had heard enough.
No word on whether this had any affect on the following Mother's Day or Christmas holidays. ;)
