Thanks Robert DeBoer
We would like to honor and give tribute to one of our past board members who passed away September 13. Robert DeBoer was a man of devoted service, high integrity and unfailing duty. He was very involved with his community, serving on various boards and committees, including ours from 1959 - 1961.
Because WSCU was in its infancy when he served on the board, his impact on our culture and principles was magnified. Robert holds the distinction of being the first person to receive a loan from WSCU. The money was for a washer and drying set.
Thank you for being our first borrower.
