flour + water is pleased to continue our Winemaker Dinner Series with Two Mile Wines.

Experience an evening with winemakers Adam Love & Adam Nelson of Two Mile Wines, featuring a 5 course menu by Chef Thomas McNaughton. Chef Tom is working closely with the winemakers to create a menu highlighting the unique features of each wine. With each course the winemaker will pair one of their locally produced wines alongside a glass of comparable wine from Italy. This is a fun, one of a kind opportunity to taste and learn about wines from the producers themselves in an intimate setting.

The 5 course dinner, prepared in the Dough Room by Chef Tom, with two wine parings for each course, is $130 per person + tax & gratuity. There are 12 seats available at the chef's table in our Dough Room for each dinner. By day, The Dough Room serves as a prep kitchen where we roll our fresh handmade pastas, and at night it transforms into an intimate private dining space available for parties of up to 12 people.
