Back-to-School Clean-Up Time
Our big back-to-school clean up day will be Saturday, August 25th from 9AM - 2PM. It always feels good to get started with a big purge and this year we can accommodate those of you who can't make it to the Saturday work day.
We have created an on-line sign-up list for jobs we'd like to get done ahead of time. Visit this SignUp Genius site (you'll have to sign in), sign up for a job, and indicate in the comment section when you'd like to come to school. Most jobs can be done in an hour or less. Bring a friend! Just make sure to indicate when you're coming - we'll make sure the doors are open and supplies are available.
We may add more jobs to the list for the clean-up day itself.
Notes from the Rehbachs
Our good friend Conrad has had some serious health issues recently - a severe attack of pancreatitis had him hospitalized in Seattle in mid-July. Conrad is now on the long road to full recovery; he and Marjorie will remain in the greater Seattle area through next spring. Emailing Marjorie seems to be the best way to send well-wishes.
Farm for Sale
Alumni parent Adrienne Fox is selling her lovely farm just south of town. Visit her blog to find out more:
