Last week's question, "What are the physical attributes of our ideal school?" was answered by 6 students, 7 faculty members, and 7 parents. And the winner is Natural Light! "Natural light" was featured in almost every answer to the first week's question.

College Tour Update
The Senior College Tour will be leaving from YIHS at 7:45 am on
Monday, Nov. 7
. Students should bring $35 for gas and enough money for about 5 meals: 2 dinners, 2 lunches, and 1 breakfast. $50 should cover it, since we will have a chance to make a shared dinner one night. We will be returning to Viroqua at about 6 pm on Thursday, Nov. 10. Students are expected to come to school for at least Math and Language classes
on Friday, Nov. 11.
Parent Evening, Monday, November 14
Junior and Senior parents are especially encouraged to come to the November parent evening to talk about colleges and other post secondary options. Jacob will join us to share information from the previous week's college tour.

The upcoming Kaleidoscope
will focus on the 9th grade year

A Retrospective of Nature's Art

SUNDAY, NOV. 13th, 3-7 pm at OPTIMO RESTAURANT
This event will feature a showing of Rick's spectacular nature photography priced to sell, as well as a live auction of some of his more stunning pieces. There will also be a silent auction, food, and entertainment. Suggested admission price is $20, please come and pay what you can.
Many of you know that Rick has been diagnosed with stage 4 mesothelioma. This event is a fundraiser for Rick and Peg. Please plan to attend and share in this life celebration of our dear friend Rick.
