In conjunction with the exhibition This Is Whitechapel, Magnum Photos and the Whitechapel Gallery announce an exclusive 5 day practical photography workshop led by renowned British photographer, Ian Berry. Berry will lead an intimate group of twelve photographers through a five day experience focusing on the production of new bodies of work documenting London.

IdeasTap Photographic Award winner

Pierfrancesco Celada won the inaugural IdeasTap Photographic Award in association with Magnum Photos, winning £5,000, an internship at Magnum Photos London & the opportunity to create a multimedia essay with the Magnum In Motion team in New York. This essay was recently published on the TIME Lightbox.

Magnum's 64th Annual General Meeting was held in Paris 23rd - 26th June. Magnum Photos announces its new Photographer Members and Associates, newly elected President and the exciting news that Magnum will distribute the Archive of the late photographer, Tim Hetherington.

Magnum Professional Practice: London

In collaboration with IdeasTap, Magnum Photos presents a 2 day professional development event to provide photographers with the opportunity to meet and obtain advice from key industry players. Eight speakers from the advertising & corporate, editorial, gallery, NGO, museum, publishing and rights managed industries will each give expert presentations, with plenty of time for questions and networking opportunities.
