Buzz Time!

From 4-7PM every weeknight, we’re gettin’ HAPPY with half-priced full bottles of wine, $5 cocktail specials, $4 Abita Amber on Tap and $4 bites from Candied Spiced Pecans to Hot Nuts and Chips & Dip. Now that spring has sprung, our patio is one of the best spots to unwind. Start with 5-buck “Mason Jar Monday” pop-ups like The Swamp, a cold-coffee-based cocktail due to debut after Lent, or signature sips like our Bourbon-spiked Gator-Ade with Sweet Tea & Lemonade and the go-to NOLA Swinger -- a popular rum punch!

Make Loaves, Not War

Now through April 13, come get our Sour Cherry Hot Cross Buns that nod to DC’s celeb-status Cherry Blossoms and the religious customs dating back to the 1300s! Our version is jammed with dried cherries, spice and glossy with glaze. In the spirit of giving, with every two dozen sold, we will donate a dozen to A-SPAN [Arlington Street People’s Assistance Network], which works to end homelessness through life-sustaining services to the most vulnerable. So get ya buns down here and feel good about giving back this holiday. Order 24-hours in advance for 6 buns or more.

Bugs & Beer Throwdown in Arlington

Bringin’ the true flavors of New Orleans in the way only a native can do, chef David Guas will be hostin’ his annual Crawfish Boil series by taking over the patio! Starting on Saturday, April 22 from 4-6PM, we’ll be boilin’ ‘em bright red and—in the words of the great NOLA band, The Radiators—“suckin’ the heads and squeezin’ the tips” to LIVE music by N’awlins-born musician Nick Adde. Tickets are $35 at the door and get you Louisiana Crawfish by the pound with Corn on the Cob and peppery New Potatoes along with Coleslaw, Mini Muff-a-lottas and Cornbread. Clean platers can come back up for second helpings while supplies last. If Crawfish ain’t for ya, try Jumbo Gulf Shrimp with Taters and Corn by the pound. In the “spirit” of Louisiana, we’ll have BIG specials from Abita beer with $15 pitchers and $5 drafts.

Fri-Yays Roll On

We’re keepin’ our Lenten promise with “Fish Fri-Yays”! Break bread with us on Fridays over Shrimp Burgers–golden, delicious, perfectly seared Gulf Shrimp Patties sandwiched between pillowy Sesame Seed Buns with tender Lettuces and zippy Pickled Jalapeño Tartar Sauce. Amen to dat!

Honey Up Spring

Chef David Guas is all about incorporating honey into his cooking, baking and even drink-making! Click the video below to watch him shake up Honey Hibiscus Punch with the National Honey Board. While this drink is healthy with honey as a natural sweetener, it packs some punch!
