Brixton Pound cafe is seeking £12,344 to upgrade. It still has £1,500 to raise by 10 Sept. Please chip in. The mayor has pledged £4,000 match funding. But if the target is not reached they don't get any of it! Special offer limited edition T-shirts till 15 Sept ... mug and T-shirt offer in the shop...

Need a volunteer welcome pack? Mastered a motivating induction? Want practical resources like health & safety docs?....Join us to swap notes, trade tools and co-develop resources for happy, healthy and committed volunteers for your food projects.

Brixton Energy and Repowering London want to hear from students, parents, teachers, heads, governors, neighbours of schools. Benefits would be cheap electricity, an amazing educational tool for the future, and a community project with your school as the focus!

Promoting Energy Efficiency in Brixton
Every Thursday evening 6-8pm. 

Can you help Repowering London and Brixton Energy conduct door to door energy surveys to get a better idea of how best to support people affected by fuel poverty?

Meet at Repowering's office on the 8th Floor of Bluestar House at 234-244 Stockwell Rd, SW9 9SP for 5.45 for a 6pm start. Please tell Jack you're coming. 07557 765200. No special expertise necessary.

We want to create a bank that works for the community in Lambeth and that also encourages local business to have a positive social and environmental part of the Lambeth transitioning to a better future. 

We are in discussions with the Greater London Mutual a project for a genuinely cooperative regional bank starting with a bank for Londoners. Watch their 1 minute explainer and register your interest here.
