Reviving Lambeth Friends of the Earth

There are plans to restablish Friends of the Earth Lambeth, which has been in hibernation for a couple of years.
It originated the Divest Lambeth campaign that was revived by TTB at Open Project Night and recently got a promise from Lambeth to divest its pension fund from fossil fuels. If you'd like to help shape the aims and strategies of a group that can focus the people's power to tackle environmental campaigns, from climate change to local pollution, please email Rene at foe_lambeth@gmx.co.uk     The first meeting will be Monday 17 September

Lambeth Scrutiny Committee on Housing
20 September, 7pm, Committee Room THB-06, Lambeth Town Hall, SW2 1RW
Lambeth Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee is holding its next meeting at Lambeth Town Hall on the 20th of September to discuss housing related issues in the borough. This is a public meeting and residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. You do not need to register in advance, unless you wish to make a contribution. If so email scrutiny@lambeth.gov.uk by end of Monday 17 September. Attend to support the many people who have suffered from Lambeth's 'regeneration' plans.
See agenda.

Wishing you mellow fruitfulness

Working towards a better future.

The TTB Team.
