LIVE MUSIC IS HEADING TO MEMORIAL DRIVE!
PACES PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES FIRST ATLANTA DAIRIES TENANT

AGON ENTERTAINMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH TERMINAL WEST INKS DEAL FOR
MUSIC & SPECIAL EVENTS VENUE

ATLANTA: Paces Properties is pleased to announce the first executed lease to bring live music to Atlanta Dairies on Memorial Drive has been signed. Agon Entertainment, owners of the Georgia Theatre and recently acquired Variety Playhouse, have signed a lease and will work with Terminal West to open a multi-use facility that will operate as a special event space, concert hall, and will have a rooftop bar with skyline views.

“Our goal with Atlanta Dairies is to create an environment where you can live, work, dine, entertain and now catch a live show because of what Agon and Terminal West are going to bring to the project,” added David Cochran, President and CEO of Paces Properties. “It has been a clear alignment since we first crossed paths. Their reputation of being good operators at the Georgia Theatre and Terminal West respectively, combined with their local proximity and excitement for the project made this a solid signing for all of us at Paces. We are proud to have this team as a featured attraction in the development.”

Located just off the Beltline at 777 Memorial Drive, the highly-anticipated Atlanta Dairies redevelopment is set to transform a historic icon in Reynoldstown into a new cultural and entertainment destination. With a focus on regional, specialty retailers, services and restaurants, the 93,000 square foot Atlanta Dairies will be firmly rooted in community while providing music, retail, entertainment and office opportunities.

“We are very excited about the Atlanta Dairies project, and to finally work with the Georgia Theatre/Agon in an official capacity,” said Alan Sher of Terminal West. “Our shared genuine appreciation for live music coupled with our proven track record of venue construction and renovation makes this a very strong team.”

Atlanta Dairies is targeted to open in late 2017.

“The Atlanta music scene is redefining itself and with the recent changes, we are looking forward to being a positive addition to the landscape when we open,” added Scott Orvold of Agon/Terminal West.
