Food for Our Communities, Food for All

18.5% of Toronto households are food insecure, a reality that has been exacerbated by COVID-19.

LGBTQ2S communities are among the most impacted by food insecurity. But we remain undeterred in our response efforts. We are still on the frontlines.

As of March 2021, we distributed 47,000+ hot and frozen meals prepared in-house to folks in need. In addition, we are continuing to check in on them during our meal service, addressing their needs for other essential items, referrals to our ongoing virtual programs, services, and other external supports.
