CVWMA Collections on Regular Schedule on President's Day Holiday

CVWMA's residential recycling and trash collections will be on regular collection schedule on President's Day Holiday (Mon, Feb 20). Place container out for pickup on your normal collection day.

Did You Know?

  • Over 19,000 tons of recyclables have been diverted from local landfills so far this fiscal year. This includes 71,840 lbs. of #3-7 plastics and 36,096 lbs. of cartons. Check out our monthly program statistics to see how much is being recycled where you live.
  • Our Recycling Wizard feature helps you find out what can be recycled and how to dispose items properly where you live.
  • Paints, motor oil, and any household hazardous waste should not be placed in your recycling or trash carts. Check with your locality for proper disposal or visit our Recycling Wizard.
  • Our Customer Service Representatives process over 50,000 recycling and trash calls annually. Yes, we really answer the phone.
  • Recycle More with CVWMA. Additional household kitchen, bath, and laundry plastic containers, cups, tubs, and bottles as well as food and beverage cartons have been added to our residential recycling and drop-off recycling programs. If you have not received your 2017 CVWMA Recycling Collection Schedule, please check with your post office as they were bulk mailed out last month. It can be downloaded from our website too. Or sign up for our free email reminder!
