Recycle right with CVWMA

CVWMA is all about education and helping local recyclers learn how to recycle right. Whether you recycle at home or take your recyclables to a nearby drop-off recycling location, recycling containers are for recycling only.

It's all you. Your recycling matters. Visit cvwma.com to learn more about us and the programs we offer.

Special Collection Events

Several of our member localities have special collection events planned for May.  Visit our Event Calendar to see if a special recycling collection event is being offered where you live.

Litter Prevention Campaigns

Did you know that 52% of roadway litter comes from motorists and 23% comes from pedestrians? Litter is a local, state, national, and international issue. So how can you help?  Visit Plan RVA and Keep Henrico Beautiful to learn about their  regional litter prevention campaign. In addition, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and Keep Virginia Beautiful encourages the public to get involved with their  statewide litter prevention campaign.
