Think Twice! Don't Make These Recycling Mistakes

  • Please leave items that are not accepted out of your recycling containers.
  • Putting items CVWMA does not accept in recycling containers can damage equipment, harm workers, and adds additional sorting and disposal costs.
  • Please share this information with family, friends and neighbors! The viability of our recycling efforts depends upon your help!

Think. Shop. Buy. Local.

Be sure to shop local. From Thanksgiving to New Year's Day, a household waste increases by more than 25%. There are a number of ways that you can modify your choices this holiday season to reduce the amount of waste that you create.
If live Christmas trees are part of your celebration, please recycle them.
