Over(time) and Out! The DOL Makes its Move
Beginning December 1, 2016, new regulations significantly increase the salary threshold above which employers may exempt certain workers from overtime compensation when they work more than forty (40) hours in a workweek. Join us for a complimentary seminar on the new overtime rules. Companies have only 3 months to prepare for these significant changes to human resources and payroll operations.
Mr. Gardner is a member of the firmâ€™s Labor and Employment, Appellate and Litigation groups. He handles a wide variety of matters ranging from compliance with federal employment and labor laws, such as the Fair Labor Standards Acts, to insurance coverage disputes, non-compete litigation and commercial torts.
