 Executive Roundtable

The NCHN team looks forward to working with each of you in 2017.  Let's start off this new year with a conversation around strategic thinking as the focus for our first Executive Roundtable (ER Calls) of the new year.  Often, we rush to engage in a creating a thoughtful strategic plan and to measuring and reporting our success in meeting goals and objectives.  What we are going to focus on in this conversation is an on-going initiative required for building sustainable networks:  strategic thinking.  Here are some of the questions we will consider:
  • When does strategic thinking take place?
  • How do we build muscle for this?
  • Is it necessary and where will we find the time?
  • What are approaches that support strategic thinking?
We look forward to hearing your voices and your perspectives on January 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM ET; 10:00 AM CT; 9:00 AM MT; 8:00 AM PT.

NCHN members will be receiving invitations through Readytalk. If you do not receive one by January 13th, please contact Tara Long at
