Executive Roundtable Call: Returning in October!

NCHN Leadership Learning Community Call: External Fuel

Tuesday, September 1, 2015 @ 3:15 PM ET

Wrap Up:  The 2015 NCHN Leadership Learning Community
For:  Members of the NCHN Learning Community
By:  Mary Kay Chess, PhD,
Pinchot University, WA, NCHN Director of Education

What You May Expect:  Members of the 2015 NCHN Leadership Learning Community will wrap up nine months of engagement and the work on the Network Innovation Canvas.
What We Will Discuss:  We'll consider major shifts and preferences in leadership and innovation approaches and next steps in continuing this critical individual work.
How To Prepare:  During the conversations for nine months, each of you have viewed your own leadership through the 14 lenses of the Innovation Canvas. You had insights and you shared these with other members of the NCHN LLC.  For this final face-to-face gathering of the Community, you have two pieces of pre-work for your trip to Portland:
     1.  Bring insights from our first meeting together back in Clearwater Beach, FL in January.  And -
     2.  As you travel, consider how your approach to change, strategic thinking and your preferences in challenging conversations help create your unique leadership style.
What Is the Final Outcome:  When you exit our meeting in Portland, prepare to leave with one or two key milestones you intend to take over the next nine months.  This on-going work will be based on a review the Wheel of Balance and your Personal Vision.

We look forward to continuing the insightful conversations during this wrap-up session of the 2015 NCHN Leadership Learning Community in Portland, OR on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

Note: if you haven't already registered for the NCHN Conference, please do so today - click Register.
