Improving Communication & Care
The ease-of-use and speed of our reporting system helps assure that our claims teams receives  accurate, timely  information about your claims to help achieve the best possible outcome.

Good communication is so important that we've made our NetClaim portal our primary way for members to report claims. The portal's intuitive design and auto-fill features make it easy to navigate and to enter and verify data. Most reporters find that they save time by reporting online too.
Please note: As of January 1st, 2016, CIRMA will require all non-catastrophic Workers' Compensation claims to be reported online at

Our records indicate that you recently reported a claim through our phone hotline. We encourage you to join the more than 500 claims reporters who report claims online.
To register as an online reporter, please email Sean Gaffney at with your name, email address, organization, and work phone number. Once we complete your registration, we will send you your log-in credentials and other helpful claims reporting information.
