Shifting Outcomes Using Mindfulness in Your Practice
The focus of this teleconference is not how to get parties to agree but how to help them to find solutions that are not forced or temporary. Mindfulness is a great way to get both parties to slow down and pay attention to things that they may be overlooking as a potential part of their solution. Mediators that practice mindfulness will find they are able to help their clients move in directions they would not otherwise go. Learn a few simple techniques that can make a big difference in your practice.
