FROM THE PRESS DEPARTMENT:

If you remember the recent history of the Kibidula printing operation that was started in the early part of 2014, you will remember the long line of providential events that made it obvious that God meant for Kibidula to have an independent printing department. Of course you can expect Satan to do all he is allowed to do, to hinder the work of advancing God's kingdom, especially through the printed page.
From the very beginning we have had our share of challenges and trials, but it always seemed that with every difficulty we would pray for a solution, and with in a day or two we would be back in production. This is the way it seemed to have been for the first two years. Then about six months ago we ran out of plate activator, a chemical used to make plates for the press, and realized it was not available in Tanzania. To have it shipped here from the States would take months. In answer to prayer, we discovered a way of making plates by another method that does not require chemicals. However, it does require a large photo copier and special plate material, all of which, could be purchased in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
By this time the demand and production of Bible studies had increased significantly, especially after placing a full page ad in the Sabbath School Quarterly promoting our school of evangelism and the printing of Bible studies and tracts.
The campus homes nearest the printshop had to bear with the sound of the diesel generator running 8 to 10 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week. Then one afternoon, while at the peak of production, the generator was silenced; the fuel supply pump failed.  Production came to an abrupt halt. Attempts were made to fix the pump, but in vain. Two other generators from campus were used as a replacement, but they also failed after a short time. Finding a new pump for the first generator has been extremely difficult, but finally one was located and purchased and is on it's way from the U.S. In the meantime orders for tracts and Bible studies keep coming in. Lord willing, and I know He is, we will soon be back in production.
In spite of the obstacles, extremely tight working space, and insufficient power supply, we are confident that this is the Lord's work. The many evidences of His leading this far is overwhelming. Everyday we are reminded of His willingness to advance this work as we travel down campus and see the nearly completed 105 x 30 foot print-shop which will not only accommodate the printing equipment we currently have, but much more, such as the following: two more large presses, a paper folder, a book binding machine, a wood heater, and many other pieces of equipment that I'm not aware of.  All of which is coming our way from the U.S. by the combined, sacrificial expense and efforts of faithful champions of the faith who believe in the power of the printed page.
To add blessing upon blessing the soon expected container will also be carrying two very large generators, one of which is brand new, designed to run fuel efficiently, quiet, and continually instead of the smaller ones which aren't made for daily continuous work. It is our hope, and expectation to be in the new facility with the equipment doing the work God designed them to do before the end of this year.

God has blessed and the number of Bible tracts and Bible studies which have been printed and distributed has been a very large number.  We hope to keep a better account of the exact numbers in the future so you can see just how God has been using this work to reach so many people.  These are being distributed all over this large country by many churches and individuals.
Just this week, we have heard that there is another challenge with the shipping container that is to come.  PLEASE JOIN US IN PRAYER and ask God to open the way that it can be shipped to us soon.  The work is here, we are ready, but we need working equipment and more equipment to keep up with the HUGE demand for Bible studies and tracts.
