The 19th Annual Eastside Culture is here!  In addition to being able to visit 460+ artist studios in 80+ buildings, there are all kinds of special events happening during the 4 day festival. The Receiving Line, an installation by Sherry Cooper, will run throughout the Crawl week (November 16-22) at the Charles Clark Gallery in Strange Fellows Brewing (1345 Clark Drive).

Take Our Online Survey to Win Prizes!

Jacquard Loom Demos @ Big Green House

The Textile Art Department at the Big Green House (450 Heatley Ave) will be featuring Jacquard Weaving demonstrations throughout the Crawl weekend.

Jacquard Weaving with punch cards is early industrial technology and often viewed as the precursor of the modern computer.

Glassblowing Demos @ Terminal City Glass

Ongoing glassblowing demonstrations will be happening throughout the Crawl weekend at Terminal City Glass Co-op in the Mergatroid building (enter at 1191 Parker Street).

Crawling For Kids

Melk Art & Design is hosting an afternoon of hands-on creativity for kids aged 3-14.  An artist will guide kids in the creation of a unique work of art with an introduction to screen-printing. A perfect way to encourage children's participation during the Crawl!

Chainsaw Carving Demos @ Töso Wood Works

Watch Vancouver Stump Artist Jesse Toso use his chainsaws to carve pieces of wood into unique pieces of art! His one-hour carving demonstrations will take place rain or shine outside Parker Street Studios.

Modo Shuttle and VIP Parking

Modo will have two VIP Parking Spots for Modo cars in front of the 1000 Parker Street Studios and Espressotec to make your Crawl a little easier — look for the Modo sign!

Not driving? Modo is also offering a free Crawl Shuttle, with 2 hop-on-hop-off routes that will be visiting studios throughout Eastside.
