Like 3rd Annual Zulu Pastors Seminar and Bible School on Facebook

Dear <<First Name>>,

The Bible School for Zulu pastors is going great. On April 24th, I will be traveling back to South Africa to conduct another seminar for Zulu Pastors. I will also minister in different Zulu churches and in evening revival meetings. This will be my 3rd year in a row that I have been doing this and it’s always a blessing. I will also bring 5 more Bible School tablets to give to 5 additional pastors.

Redeemed from the Pit

We're going to share some incredible testimonies from a couple of pastors, but first, I’d like to share something that the Lord blessed me with. Have you ever felt as though you are in a pit? I know that I have heard people tell me that when ministering to them and I myself have felt that way at times.

What is a pit? It is a place of death and destruction. It is being lost or a feeling of being lost. Often, you are confused and don’t know what to do. Perhaps nothing seems to be working and nothing seems to make any sense. Maybe people are against you for no good reason. Life can make us feel like we are in a pit sometimes.

But look at what the Bible says in Psalm 40:1-3, “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth—Praise to our God; many will see it and fear, and will trust in the Lord.”

Notice in verse 2 it says that God, in Christ, brought us up out of the horrible pit and He set our feet upon a rock and established our steps. Jesus is that Rock that we have been set upon. So we know that God does not want us to be in the pit. If you are in Christ, you have already been delivered from the pit.

But what if you feel that you are in a pit, so to speak? What can we do? What is the cure for when we feel that we are in a pit? The answer is found in Psalm 28:1. This verse reveals the cause and the cure for the pit.

In Psalm 28:1, it says, “To You I will cry, O LORD my Rock: Do not be silent to me, Lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.”

This reveals that the cause of a pit experience is not hearing God speak to you. It also reveals that the cure for a pit experience is turning your attention to God and simply hearing Him through His Word and Spirit. Since God has redeemed you from the pit when you received Christ, we know that God’s will for you is that you never go down to the pit. In this Psalm, David was crying out to God and He asked the Lord to not be silent to him, because if God is silent, then the only outcome would be the pit. Thus hearing God is how you are redeemed from the pit or rescued from a pit experience. When you heard God through hearing the Gospel, that is how you were redeemed from the pit!

This is why the enemy tries so hard to convince you that you can’t hear God or understand His Word. If the enemy can convince you of that, then he will be able to keep you in a pit experience. You have to know that the Lord DOES speak to you. You have to have confidence in His goodness. You have to believe that if you would take the time to call out to Him and get into His Word on a regular, consistent basis and abide in His goodness, then there isn’t a pit that you are facing that His voice won’t bring you out of. We encourage you today to abide in Him like you have never before. It is worth removing all distractions from your life so that you become more sensitive to Him and are able to hear His voice.

Importance of the Bible School for the Zulu Pastors

The Bible School has been such a blessing and we’d like to share a couple testimonies from two pastors that have completed the digital Bible school on the tablets. So far, we have had three pastors complete all 41 courses with a total of 331 lessons in 6 months. They couldn’t stop once they started!

          Pastor Sipho Ngobese

After 30 years of being born again, I was asked to be a branch pastor of my church. I felt exposed and I needed direction as to what I would be preaching and telling people. That is when I asked another pastor for bible college assistance. Fortunately for me, that is when I was connected with you. I did not know how much I was lacking until I started watching the video lessons. I can’t even begin to adequately describe it, but a new page has opened in my life and the bible has come alive to me and is changing my life. I have been well instructed in Christ and a lot has been deposited in my life by all of the Charis Bible College teachers. I am grateful to God for the timing of your assistance to the pastors in this area and country because I have seen how much tuition is and I would not have been able to afford it. I would have missed out on all that I have learned if you did not come along and make this available to us. I appreciate all that you have done.

             Pastor Thabisile Madlala

These courses are truly life transformation. It is powerful Pastor. Words can’t express the great work God is doing in our lives through these courses. I thank God so much for using you to make this bible school available to us. Thank you!

This is such a great opportunity to sow God’s Word in a systematic format into the lives of Zulu pastors and leaders. These two pastors were thanking you, the partners of Kingdom Equippers. Just as this ministry’s name reveals, you are a part in equipping people for the work of the Kingdom. That is what Kingdom Equippers is all about.

At this point, we have not made this Bible School widely known to different pastors. During my time in South Africa, there will be a celebration service and many pastors will attend. Last year about 100 attended. We will present the three pastors that have completed the course with certificates and we are going to have them testify about the bible school to the other pastors. I feel that there will be many more pastors interested in getting a solid foundation of God’s Word in their lives.

The following are ways that you could be a part of this great opportunity:

Tablet, manuals, etc. $135 per package

  $135 x 5 students = $675

Traveling Expenses (Air ticket,
transport, lodging, etc.)
$2200

The total costs for this ministry trip and additional tablets are right around $2875.

This is a great opportunity to give. Perhaps you would like to be a part of providing these additional pastors a tablet and the needed materials to become a bible school student at $135 per pastor. Or, you might want to sow the full amount of $675 into these 5 pastors. Maybe you’d like to give to cover the other expenses. Any amount that you would like to give into these pastors  and this trip would be beneficial.

Thank you partners for being such a blessing! Thank you for sowing into the lives of people around the world through Kingdom Equippers. I know that TOGETHER, we are continuing to make a huge difference in people’s lives!

                                              Co-Laborers in Christ,
