These Owners’ enthusiasm and willingness to commit to the governance of our Co-op is good for the whole Co-op and exciting to the five Directors of the “old†Board. Those five Directors were also actually elected for the first time. Sixty-four Owner ballots were cast (thank you!), enough that the election was valid, according to our PNFC Bylaws.
Your Board of Directors (introduced at the Annual Owners’ Meeting November 1):

- Mickey Kaiserman 3-yr. term
- Todd Grosby 3-yr. term
- Ruthie Loeffelbein 2-yr. term
- Robynn Paxton Katz 2-yr. term
- Pamela Roberts 1-yr. term
- William “Bill†Scrivani 1-yr. term
The quarterly Board meetings for the remainder of this fiscal year are Jan. 26, April 27 and July 27, 2015. (The first quarter’s meeting was Oct. 27, 2014.) Owners are always welcome at Board meetings.
Between regular quarterly Board meetings, there will often be an additional meeting, as needed. These will be posted in the store, on Facebook and in Gleanings. Our first additional meeting will be November 17, upstairs at the Co-op, from 5:30 to 7:30. It would be great to see you then.
