Join us this Saturday at the El Dorado County Ag in the Classroom event - 20 Mile Taste
August 11, 2018 at the Davies Family Inn at Shadowridge Ranch from 6-9 pm. This spectacular event celebrates El Dorado County’s bounty showcasing local produce prepared by local chefs and paired with local wines. n addition to locally sourced flavors, the event will feature a raffle, live auction, and adult farm day fun.
We're paired with local winemakers Eric and Emily Hays of Chateau Davell. We will serve an heirloom tomato salad with plums and nectarines, as well as a cold potato and leek soup. Our items are gluten free and vegan, and our tomatoes and stone fruit are from local, certified organic farms 24 Carrot Farms and Stoney Point Farm.
