Letter From a Board Member

Dear fellow TGG members,

As a global organization, The Green Grid focuses on a primary mission that spans geographic boundaries: to drive effective and accountable resource efficiency across the entire information and communications technology (ICT) ecosystem. Achieving this mission requires diverse leadership to drive our thinking and our initiatives, so we understand the value of leveraging expertise and input from companies throughout the ICT industry.

New voices, new ideas, new program areas – this is how we drive innovation, and this is how The Green Grid remains on the cutting edge of ICT development.

To ensure as broad an array of voices from our member companies as possible, the Board of Directors recently approved the formation of a Membership Committee. The Membership Committee’s purpose is to attract and retain members worldwide. These member companies will implement the continued leadership in data center efficiency and sustainability set by The Green Grid’s Program Committee.

As head of the Membership Committee, I would like to invite you to join our efforts. We are currently seeking a mix of participants from each member level, geography, and industry sector to develop and implement its inaugural initiatives.

If you have ideas on how to increase membership, leads on prospective members, or would like to make a difference in our membership by engaging with the Committee, we would welcome your participation. I encourage you to join the Membership Committee to become actively involved in this exciting venture.

Get involved today!

Best regards,
Chris Molloy
