BALTIC QUAY Tender Process
View this email in your browser
Dear Baltic Quay Leaseholder,

We write to provide you with an update on the tender process we announced in our first newsletter published on Tuesday 18 August.

On Friday 21st August, the board appointed James Andrew Residential to manage a tender process.  This follows assistance from Preston Benson, a leaseholder at Baltic Quay experienced in the field of property management; Preston has been instrumental in working with the Directors and Newton Jones in designing and executing the tender process.

Details such as the names of the firms who have confirmed their participation in the tender process and the timetable, will be provided in an update later this week. The Directors confirm that Newton Jones are being invited to tender and we hope they will do so.

We wish to reassure all leaseholders the process will be transparent and will proceed quickly to ensure there is no disruption to services at Baltic Quay.

Kind regards,

The Directors of Baltic Quay

Thomas Bridge
Keith Duncan (Chairman)
David Hubber
Yvonne Kunihira-Davidson
John Staines
