UPDATE: COVID-19 RESPONSE & ADJUSTMENT

The COVID-19 pandemic is requiring all of us to adjust to a new “normal.” TenPlus Systems is no exception. The nature of our work brings with it an inherent risk of exposure ranging from the common cold to the coronavirus. We aim to mitigate this risk. Be advised that the following measures are being taken in the interest of our customers and our team members alike.

TenPlus Systems is changing to a “by appointment” format for device drop-off

  • Scheduling appointments allows TenPlus an opportunity to regulate the volume of traffic in our store. 
  • Schedule appointments via Apple Support online (www.apple.com/support) or by phone (800-275-2273). If you are not an Apple user or need urgent support, please call us directly (919-832-5799 opt 2).
  • Please cancel appointments you are unable to keep it so somebody else can have it.
  • No appointment is required when picking up a device.

Practice “social distancing”

  • Customers may need to wait outside the store before coming in to pick up or drop off a device.
  • Only those individuals required to pick up or drop off a device need to come in. Others should wait outside.
  • For “while you wait” services, including iPhone repair, expect to wait outside while work is underway.
  • If you intend to wait in your car, please let us know what make and color car (i.e. Brown Subaru Outback).

TenPlus Systems reserves the right to prioritize or refuse service

  • TenPlus Systems simply cannot fully accommodate the same volume of work previously carried by the two Apple Retail Stores in our area.
  • During this time, please consider whether your issue is “URGENT.” A device that does not allow one to connect with news, family, school or business should be considered urgent. Cosmetic issues such as broken rear glass on an iPhone or computer performance that is “a little slow” should perhaps be considered less urgent.

TenPlus Systems is taking the following precautions to minimize contamination

  • Inbound devices will be wiped down with a 99% isopropyl alcohol wipe for our protection.
  • Our team members will be wearing gloves and face masks while interacting with customers.
  • Point of sale terminals, pens, and other shared items will be wiped down with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe after each transaction.
  • Outbound devices will be wiped down with a 99% isopropyl alcohol wipe for your protection
TenPlus Systems understands that this is a stressful time. We understand that it gets considerably more stressful when one’s technology malfunctions. We sincerely want to help. Please contact Apple or TenPlus Systems to schedule an appointment if you need your device serviced.
