Classification Alert: New Class Direct app launched today
Applicability: All owners and operators of Lloyd’s Register classed ships


A new Class Direct app is now available for iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices. This is based on the functionality of our Class Direct web service. If you already have a Class Direct account, you can use your existing username and password to access the app.

What can I do with the app?
With the app, you can:
• book a survey with Lloyd’s Register
• browse the classification data Lloyd’s Register holds for your vessels
• monitor and check the status of your vessels’ surveys
• create a list of favourite vessels for quicker access.

How can I download the app?
The app is available now on the App Store and Google Play. To download the relevant version for your device go to or click the icons below.
