100 New Discipleship Groups in Northern, Ghana

Dear <<First Name>>,
Imagine what it would be like if you became a Christian but never had the opportunity to read the Word of God.  What if you had a Bible and couldn’t read it because you didn’t know how to read? This is reality for believers in the remote villages of Northern Ghana.  Many of you know from our previous newsletters that we have been working with our partner Abraham to help establish more “Listening Groups”. These are small groups that gather under a baobab tree with a leader and listen and discuss the scriptures. People are being discipled through the Word of God. Recently a man stopped by the group to see what was going on and got saved! It’s been our desire since we first heard about this effort to push it forward.

There were 62 groups up and running and 122 waiting for tape recorders. Can you imagine groups of people hungry to hear the Word of God and the only thing they were waiting for was a $20 tape recorder? Well, that was the case until wonderful believers like you decide to help us! We are so excited to tell you that we were able to purchase 100 new tape recorders and more of these listening groups will be starting this year! Praise God!

Saved, Healed and Delivered!

The deliverance ministry continues to grow. Our goal is to train teams throughout the Southern California region and beyond as the Lord opens the doors. Of course we have already done a lot of training overseas but we want to see more here in the US. It’s Stuart’s heart to see a deliverance teams in every church, to see individuals trained in spiritual warfare and understand their authority in Christ.

We have seen some incredible fruit and breakthroughs! One man was set free of a three-year depression that almost destroyed his family. Another woman recently came just wanting to be free from depression, gave her life to Christ, was filled with the Holy Spirit and healed. We have young people coming to us that had gone into serious drug abuse and occult activity desperate to get rid of their demons! They are getting saved and delivered. Soul wounds are healed and the Father’s love is pour into their hearts. God is amazing! He’s better than we think! His mercy is so great.
