This position exists within the CRM Team, which provides the following services to PSU faculty, staff, and students:
- Technical development and support of PSU’s Enterprise CRM solutions: Slate and CampusNexus
- Engage with OIT and other campus teams in the implementation and ongoing support of enterprise CRM systems
- Troubleshoot, research, communicate, and resolve mission-critical CRM system issues including working with the vendors as needed
