What hasn't changed is our deep focus on implementation. Once we do an initial assessment, 80% of companies hire us to embed a consultant in their environment. Many companies advise. Bellrock does. We build capacity so you can make more money, be less stressed, and take it all to the next level. Most clients we work with maintain the relationship with us for years. And we don't ask them to sign contracts because we don't have to. If they aren't happy, they don't need to pay. But they do.
